Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier operations, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

12. Shipping Address Errors and Failed Deliveries

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

A package may be returned by the carrier because of:
